1. Who processes the data

1. 1.1The personal data operator is the person named in the “Details” section of this Policy and in the “Details” section of the public offer.
2. 1.2This Policy describes what data the Service collects, why, whom it is shared with, how long it is kept and how the User can have it deleted. It forms an integral part of the public offer.
3. 1.3Using the Service without registering requires no personal data at all.

2. Model files: processed, not stored

1. 2.1A model file is transmitted to the Operator's servers only when the User starts a computation, and only in order to perform it. It is processed in memory for the duration of the request and is not retained once it completes: the Operator creates no archives, backups or training sets from it.
2. 2.2Until the User starts a computation the file is not transmitted to the servers at all: preview, rotating the model and setting parameters all happen in their browser.
3. 2.3Tool parameters, sign texts and images are transmitted together with the computation request on the same terms. The result is handed to the User and does not remain on the servers.
4. 2.4The Service collects no biometric or special categories of data, does not determine location and builds no advertising profiles.

3. What data is processed

1. 3.1The email address — on account registration. Codes for confirming the address and recovering the password are sent to it.
2. 3.2Account data: the plan, its start and end dates, whether there is a subscription and its status.
3. 3.3The usage log: date and time of downloads and computations, the tool, and the plan at that moment; for a computation also the chosen quality, its duration and its outcome (done or the reason for refusal). It is needed to enforce plan limits, to calculate refunds (the “Refund” section of the offer) and to assess how the tools work.
4. 3.4Payment data: the provider's transaction identifier, amount, currency, date and plan. Bank card details are neither transmitted to nor stored by the Operator.
5. 3.5Technical web server and error tracking data: the requested page address without parameters, browser type and anonymised error details. Model content and tool parameters are never included in error reports.
6. 3.6The IP address of a User without an account, to limit the number of calculations per week. It is kept only in the server's memory until the end of the week, is never written to disk and is erased when the server restarts.

4. Why and on what basis

1. 4.1Performance of the contract with the User: account sign-in, providing the plan, enforcing limits, confirming payments and answering enquiries.
2. 4.2Compliance with statutory obligations: accounting and tax records of payments.
3. 4.3Keeping the Service working and secure: diagnosing errors, assessing load and how well the tools work, and protecting against abuse and circumvention of plan limits.
4. 4.4The data is not used for advertising, not sold and not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

5. Whom the data is shared with

1. 5.1Data is shared with service providers to the extent necessary for the Service to work. Each provider acts on the Operator's instructions and may not use the data for its own purposes. The list is given in the table below and is updated whenever a provider changes.
2. 5.2Beyond the providers listed, data is shared with the tax authorities of the country of the Operator's registration to the extent required by law, and upon lawful demand of authorised bodies.

6. How long it is kept

1. 6.1Model files are not stored: they are processed only for as long as the request takes.
2. 6.2Calculation parameters are not stored: only the chosen quality goes into the usage log.
3. 6.3Account data and the usage log are kept for as long as the account exists.
4. 6.4Payment data is kept for the period established by the law of the country of the Operator's registration for accounting documents, including after account deletion, to the extent such records require.
5. 6.5Technical web server logs and error reports are kept for no longer than 90 days.

7. The User's rights

1. 7.1The User may obtain information about the data processed, request its correction, restriction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing.
2. 7.2The account is deleted upon request sent from the account's email address. Account data and the usage log are deleted with it; only payment data is retained, to the extent stated in the “How long it is kept” section.
3. 7.3Enquiries are answered within 10 working days of receipt. The period may be extended by no more than 5 working days, in which case the User is notified of the reasons.

8. Cookies and analytics

1. 8.1The Service uses technical cookies required for account sign-in. Disabling them in the browser makes signing in impossible.
2. 8.2No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Visit statistics are collected anonymously, without cookies and without a cross-site visitor identifier.
3. 8.3The chosen printer bed size, dismissed hints and other display settings are stored in the User's browser and are not sent to the servers.
4. 8.4The last opened model files, up to five, are stored in the User's browser so that they can be reopened on the next visit. The oldest is displaced by a new one; all are deleted on sign-out and when site data is cleared in the browser. A file is still sent to the servers only for the duration of a calculation.

9. Changes to the Policy

1. 9.1The Operator may amend this Policy by publishing a new dated revision on this page. Changes that expand the data processed or the range of recipients take effect no earlier than 14 calendar days after publication.
2. 9.2Questions about data processing are sent to the email address given in the “Details” section.
